Heat on High: 1100 Watt: Heat 1 min. 30 sec. (flip once during cooking). 800 Watt: Heat 1 min. 50 sec. (flip once during cooking). Let cool 2 minutes in microwave. Caution - filling is hot! Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove film, wrap breakfast wrap in foil. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
